$45 for class only; $55 for class plus a take-home quart of solé.
We’ll explore, sample, and create herbal infusions, oxymels and switchels, my favorite nighttime tea, and a juicy, mood-boosting cordial. You’ll leave with recipes and inspirations to stay deliciously hydrated throughout the year. Together, we’ll pick fruit and choose herbs for our cordial, which macerates for a few months. Once it’s strained and ready to enjoy, you’ll receive a bottle to savor, reminding you of our evening together.
