In this 1.5 hour workshop you will learn about meal prep strategies for health and wellness of your entire family during your busy week. Have you thought about meal prepping for your busy week but don’t know where to start?

We will discuss how Yummy Dips/Sauces, Nutritional Grains, Veggies, Proteins-Meats & Legumes & Healthy Snacks can be a part of your weekly meal prep. This is not a cooking class-it’s real talk, real strategies, and real support to fuel your busy week with confidence and peace of mind!
We will discuss:
- Batch Cooking strategies-How to choose recipes so you can cook multiple recipes at once
- Examples of tried, true, & tested recipes
- How to grocery shop efficiently. Including, how to make a list that is easy to follow around the store
- Containers that preserve food well and fit in your fridge
- Take home: 4 weekly menus, grocery lists, and a list of essential kitchen pantry staples.
