Summer Lunchtime Design Series:

In answer to many requests for Weekday Floral Design classes for all those who work nights and weekends or those who don’t like driving after dark, we are offering this mini-series. These classes will focus on simple, artful designs using seasonal materials from the farm and solid principles of design that can be incorporated into any arrangement. This class will incorporate various sizes and shapes of containers for enhanced learning. Due to the affordable cost of this class, some containers will be “on loan.”
Wednesday September 6th: Darling little Dahlias. Dahlia’s are our specialty at Dragonfly and by September we will be in full bloom. We will move from designing in glass to pedestal vases and, using floral foam as our substrate, we will create sweet and romantic arrangements with lots of graceful movement.
