In this immersive 3-part series, you’ll embark on a profound journey into the hidden realms of
the spirit world through the ancient practice of shamanic journeying. Guided by the steady
rhythm of the drum, you will travel to both the Upper and Lower Worlds, realms of profound
wisdom and healing, where spirit guides, ancestors, and power animals await you.
Shamanic journeying is a sacred practice that opens the door to new dimensions of awareness,
allowing you to access knowledge and insights from beyond the physical realm. In each
session, you’ll be guided to connect with your personal power animal and spirit allies, who will
offer you guidance, protection, and deep spiritual wisdom. You will learn how to navigate theserealms, gather information, and integrate these teachings into your daily life for greater clarity,
healing, and personal transformation.
By the end of this series, you will have developed a powerful and lasting connection to the spirit
world, enabling you to tap into these realms whenever you need insight, guidance, or healing.
Each class is designed to deepen your experience and understanding of shamanic practices,
empowering you to live more fully aligned with your authentic self and your soul's purpose.
What to Expect:
Guided Shamanic Journeys: You will experience powerful, step-by-step guided
journeys into the Upper and Lower Worlds, where you will meet your spirit guides and
power animal, and receive valuable insights and healing.
Connecting with Your Power Animal: Learn how to discover, communicate with, and
strengthen your bond with your personal power animal, a spiritual ally that provides
guidance, protection, and support on your journey.
Journey to the Upper and Lower Worlds: Each session will guide you to different
realms—the Upper World, where you’ll connect with higher spiritual wisdom and your
highest self, and the Lower World, where you can access healing and ancestral
knowledge.
Spiritual Growth & Personal Transformation: Receive healing from the spirit realms,
uncover hidden aspects of your being, and gain powerful insights that can lead to lasting
change, clarity, and personal empowerment.
A Sacred Space for Exploration: Whether you're new to shamanic practices or have
journeyed before, this class offers a safe, supportive, and sacred environment to explore
the unseen realms, ask questions, and share experiences with like-minded seekers.

Across the country, authoritarian forces are getting bolder and more dangerous. Trump and his allies are not hiding their agenda: mass deportations, rollbacks of civil rights, weaponized courts, and full-scale attacks on our democracy. We don’t have to wait until it’s too late. We can stop this. But it’ll take all of us—not just on single days of mass action, but through sustained organizing in our communities.
Lets build on what we discussed at our previous session.
Please RSVP to help us plan the event.
Over the last few months of this new administration, you’ve written postcards, called your representatives, created signs as you joined small and large protests in Healdsburg, Santa Rosa, Sonoma County Airport, and the Santa Rosa’s Tesla’s dealership. Now we’re ready to help launch One Million Rising!
LET’S GROW OUR COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS, RESILIENCY, BROADEN OUR RESISTANCE, AND LEARN NEW TECHNIQUES TO UTILIZE IN OUR FIGHT TO SAVE DEMOCRACY!
The meeting room has air conditioning. There is limited parking at Dragonfly so please carpool, bike or walk to site if doable. Parking on the wide shoulder of Westside Road permissible. There is some additional property parking available, which can be accessed from Hendricks Street.
